社會及文化神經科學(Social and Cultural Neuroscience)是神經科學近年來的新興領域，本課程將對於社會及文化神經科學的相關基礎文獻進行討論。本課程會先從社會及文化神經科學的歷史開始，再進一步探討自我參照(thinking about self and others)，情緒(Emotion)，情緒調節(Emotion Regulation)，社會排斥(Social Rejection and Neuroscience of Pain)，人際情緒(Interpersonal Emotion)，族群關係(Intergroup Relations)，文化神經科學(Cultural Neuroscience)，人際溝通(Communication)以及社會網絡(Social Network)的神經基礎。
